President Randy Boyd at Sunbright Mural Dedication

Bring an Everywhere You Look, UT Mural to Your Community

We’re telling our story of statewide impact in a big way—by painting murals on barns and buildings across Tennessee. We’re on a mission to paint the state orange, and we need your help identifying high-traffic, high-visibility properties. Know a spot that has what it takes? Tell us about it! If you’ll provide the canvas, we’ll bring the paint!

President Randy Boyd and UTK Chancellor Donde Plowman with UT Promise students

Become a UT Promise Mentor and Help Students Achieve Their Dreams

One of the best ways to make an impact in the lives of students is by serving as a mentor for UT Promise scholarship recipients. The innovative scholarship guarantees free tuition and mandatory fees to Tennessee residents who qualify for HOPE and whose family household income is under $60,000 a year. To ensure successful outcomes, students must complete service hours and meet with a mentor each semester. What could be more rewarding than volunteering your time and expertise to mentor some of Tennessee’s most deserving students? Mentors invest an average of 10 to 15 hours a year. Sign up today!

Everywhere you look, UT is helping Tennesseans live life to the fullest! What will be your best moments of 2023?

Cheers to a new year and the adventures and opportunities to celebrate that await!
