The UT System Strategic Plan is the product of a highly collaborative, year-long process that involved hundreds of stakeholders. Discussions about the plan determined the five main goals, and the discussions also revealed interest in better defining the UT System and the UT System Administration. Plan implementation began in fall 2012. Progress for each goal will be tracked using an online dashboard.
