UT System Administration Athletic Ticket Guidelines & Related Game-day Policies
The University of Tennessee System Administration has the opportunity on an annual basis to purchase a select number of tickets for Volunteer home football games at Neyland Stadium. The allotment includes seats in select university seating section. Neutral site games and bowl games may also be available based on availability.
Tickets are available for sale at the President’s discretion. Although we are making this special ticket option available to select UT stakeholders in support of our Tennessee Vols, we understand that, from time to time, some of the invited guests in these sections may have affiliations with the opposing team. While we welcome all guests to enjoy the game, if you invite fans of the opposing team to join you, we ask that you please remind them that these are seating areas designated for UT supporters, and it is expected that fans will be respectful of the University’s guests. Ticket holders are expected to act in a manner that positively represents the university and to abide by behavioral policies that are set by athletics and the Southeastern Conference.
The President’s allotment of tickets or parking passes may not be resold nor may the purchase privilege of the individual be transferred. No tickets, unless otherwise noted, will be mailed in advance.
Note: Tickets may not be used for advertising, promotions or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the University of Tennessee.
Bag Policy
UT operates with a clear bag policy and stadium security regulations limit fans to one clear plastic bag no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches or a one-gallon, clear, resealable plastic storage bag per person.
Fans will also be allowed a small clutch purse not to exceed 4.5 inches by 6.5 inches. Wallets must also conform to this size requirement.
No other bags will be allowed inside. All items, including clear bags and clutch purses, are subject to search at the gates. No items can be left or stored at the gates.
Medically necessary items must be searched at Gates 9 or 21. (When facing the ticket office at Gate 21, the search area is located to the right.) Diaper bags are not a medically necessary item. All diaper bag supplies should be carried in a clear bag.
Unmanned Aircraft (Drones)
Unmanned aircraft restrictions will be implemented in accordance with state law; specifically, drone use is not authorized on or above campus within four hours prior to kickoff, during the game, or within two hours after the conclusion of the game.
