Mark Paganelli has been executive director of Audit and Consulting Services for the University of Tennessee since 1999.
Audit and Consulting Services provides objective, independent appraisals of accounting, financial, and other operational systems in departments and units of the university.
Paganelli joined the university in 1992. Previously he supervised the investigative section for the Tennessee Division of State Audit.
Paganelli holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and the MBA degree. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Internal Auditor, and a board member of the Association of College and University Auditors.
He lives in Maryville.
